The Role We are looking for a Marketing Designer to create compelling, conversion-focused work across paid advertising, email, web, ecommerce, and social channels. This is not a traditional product design role. You will design landing pages, marketing campaigns, lifecycle emails, website promotions, paid media creative, and customer journeys that increase engagement and revenue. The ideal candidate combines strong visual design skills with an understanding of performance marketing, customer behavior, and conversion optimization. Portfolio required. We want to see examples of paid media, landing pages, emails, ecommerce experiences, social creative, and integrated campaigns.
