- Chemical Loading Operator Join Hydrite and play a key role in safely loading and unloading bulk chemical products, manufacturing liquid products, and packaging finished goods that support customers across a variety of industries. Schedule: Friday-Sunday, 6:00 a.m.
- 6:30 p.m. Training: 2-4 months on 1st shift during the week. You'll receive the shift premium during training. What You'll Do
- Safely load and unload bulk chemical products from tank trucks and railcars
- Inspect tank trucks, containers, and equipment prior to loading and unloading
- Manufacture and blend liquid chemical products according to production schedules and batch records
- Package finished products into totes, drums, and other containers
- Operate pumps, valves, hoses, and transfer equipment
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet customer and company standards
- Complete production, loading, and inspection documentation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Participate in safety, environmental, and regulatory training programs
- Identify equipment issues and submit maintenance requests as needed What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, chemical processing, bulk loading, terminal operations, or a related industrial environment preferred
- Strong attention to safety, quality, and detail
- Mechanical aptitude and the ability to work with industrial equipment
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
