The Civil Engineering Manager is a key member of the Ware Malcomb senior management team and is responsible for the growth, revenue, profitability, staff management, and client relationships for the Orange County civil engineering organization. As Civil Engineering Manager, you will also nurture a positive, team-oriented environment, ensure financial goals and deadlines are met, procure work through business development, and manage select projects. Our civil engineering team, consisting of over 100 members nationwide, adopts a collaborative approach that blends visionary engineering design, ensuring that every project meets and exceeds our clients' expectations.
