As an AI Native Software Engineer at PALO IT, you lead and accelerate the next wave of software innovation across five core responsibilities:

• Design AI-driven architectures. Build elegant, scalable systems by using AI to solve complex technical challenges tailored to each client's needs.
• Raise the bar on software craftsmanship. Write clean, maintainable code accelerated by AI assistance — not just faster, but smarter and more reliable.
• Drive collaboration and innovation. Bring new ideas, test emerging AI technologies, and help evolve PALO IT's Gen-e²™ methodology together with peers and clients.
• Turn complexity into clarity. Translate abstract client needs into clear technical designs, visualizations, and workshops that create shared understanding.
• Own quality and security. Lead AI-powered audits of code, accessibility, performance, and security, raising the standard for modern product delivery. PALO IT's clients include some of the world's most successful enterprises, next-generation businesses, and frontier technology partners. This role means shaping what comes next for them, helping them scale AI, and solving complex business and technology challenges. What experience do you need for this role? You're a strong fit for this AI Native Software Engineer role if you have:
• Significant professional software engineering experience delivering quality software across diverse tech stacks (Java, .NET, React, Angular, or comparable).
• A technology-agnostic mindset proficient in your current stack, curious enough to explore new tools and frameworks, and comfortable in cross-functional collaboration.
• Hands-on, structured experience with at least one AI coding assistant (for example GitHub Copilot or Cursor) you understand both the power and the limits of AI in real-world development.
