The Failure Investigation Analyst is relied upon as an expert with in-depth technical knowledge of all aspects of Cepheid products. The FI Analyst is responsible for performing investigations as well as inspection of material to determine root causes of various failures. Documentation of investigations in compliance with Cepheid policy is a requirement for this position.
