team. In this visible and impactful role, you will partner closely with local business leaders and employees across France, providing strategic and operational HR support while ensuring compliance with French employment law. As part of our collaborative

team, you will work closely with HR colleagues based in Germany, Austria, and Israel. You will also regularly partner with global HR Centers of Excellence across North America and Asia, including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management & Development, Total Rewards, and HRIS teams. This position offers a unique opportunity to combine local ownership and autonomy with meaningful regional and global collaboration. Your Key Responsibilities Strategic HR Partnership

  • Serve as a key advisor and coach to managers on organizational effectiveness, leadership, talent, and employee-related matters.
  • Partner with business leaders to align people strategies with business objectives and growth plans.
  • Lead and support organizational transformation, strategic workforce planning, talent management and succession planning initiatives to ensure the organization has the capabilities and talent required to meet current and future business objectives. ​ Country HR Leadership
  • Act as the primary HR partner and point of contact for all managers and employees in France.
  • Own and coordinate the full employee lifecycle, partnering with managers and global HR teams to deliver an excellent employee experience.
  • Ensure local HR practices align with both business needs and the global HR strategy.
  • Drive employee engagement and support a positive, high-performing workplace culture. Employee Relations & Compliance
  • Provide expert guidance on French labor law, employee relations, and HR compliance.
  • Support performance management, employee relations cases, and workplace investigations.
  • Partner with external advisors when required. Regional & Global Collaboration​
  • Collaborate closely with HR colleagues across Germany, Austria, and Israel to share best practices and support regional business priorities.
  • Partner with global COEs in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management & Development, Total Rewards, and HRIS.
  • Support the implementation of regional and global HR programs and projects. What You Bring
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Labor Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience (minimum 5 years) as an HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or in a comparable HR generalist role.
  • Thorough knowledge of French labor law and the knowledge of the Metallurgy Collective Bargaining agreement would be considered an asset.
  • Experience working successfully within an international, matrixed organization.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Professional fluency in English and French is required; proficiency in any additional European language would be an asset.
  • Experience in technology, manufacturing, industrial, or multinational environments is preferred. Why Join Entegris?

  • Agir en tant que référent(e) clé et coach auprès des managers sur les sujets liés à l'organisation, au leadership, aux talents et aux enjeux collaborateurs.
  • Collaborer avec les dirigeants afin d'aligner les stratégies RH sur les objectifs et les plans de croissance de l'entreprise.
  • Accompagner les initiatives de transformation, la gestion prévisionnelle des effectifs, la revue des talents et la planification des successions afin s'assurer l'adéquation des ressources et des compétences avec les besoins actuels et futurs de l'entreprise . Responsable RH France • Être le principal interlocuteur RH pour l'ensemble des managers et collaborateurs en France.
  • Piloter et coordonner l'ensemble du cycle de vie des collaborateurs, en partenariat avec les managers et les équipes RH mondiales afin d'offrir une expérience collaborateur de qualité.
  • Veiller à l'alignement des pratiques RH locales avec les besoins de l'activité et la stratégie RH globale.
  • Favoriser l'engagement des collaborateurs et promouvoir un environnement de travail positif et performant Relations sociales et conformité
  • Apporter une expertise reconnue en droit du travail français, en relations individuelles et en conformité RH.La connaissance de la CNN Metallurgie serait un atout
  • Accompagner les managers sur les sujets liés à la performance, aux relations individuelles et aux enquêtes internes. •
